Unions Health is a small independent shop run from France. We sell everyday natural products and short practical guides, and we ship worldwide. This page explains who is speaking, how we choose what we sell and how our guides are written.
Why this shop exists
Most of what ends up in a kitchen or a bathroom was designed to be cheap to make and easy to sell. Plastic that touches hot food, fragrances nobody can name, food with a long list of ingredients that are not food. We wanted one place where the simple version of each object is available: a wooden spoon, a stainless steel bottle, a cold-process soap, a single-ingredient spice.
How we choose products
- Materials first: wood, bamboo, glass, stainless steel, beeswax, plant fibres. No plastic in contact with food where an alternative exists.
- Short ingredient lists. If we cannot explain an ingredient in one sentence, the product is not listed.
- Reusable before disposable.
- Each product page states what the item is made of and how to use it.
How our guides are written
The Vital Info Guides are short PDF guides on one everyday problem each: bloating, sleep, energy, blood sugar, reading food labels. They are written by our editorial team from published research and public health sources, and they stick to what a person can change at home: food, sleep, light, movement, routine.
We are not doctors and the guides are not medical advice. They do not diagnose, they do not replace a consultation, and they never ask anyone to stop a treatment. When a symptom lasts, the right move is to see a health professional, and every guide says so.
What we do not do
- No therapeutic claims. A soap washes, a herbal tea is a herbal tea.
- No miracle detox, no before and after.
- No hidden subscription. One order, one payment.
